Nickolas R. Buck, 25, of the 1600 block of West Main Street, allegedly used prescription orders from a local doctor, but when police contacted the doctor, they were informed he was not a patient at the office.

He was arrested after his friend, Tarocus Carter, tried to pick up the fraudulent prescription, police said. Buck was in the front seat of the truck, and Carter told police that Buck gave him the phony prescription order.
