Brian Geeting represented the tenant, Kos Associates, in the lease of 2,198 square feet at 203 W. Wayne St. Harrison/Wayne LLC is the landlord.

O. Karl Behrens represented the tenant, Tri-State Warehousing, in the lease renewal of 40,000 square feet at 3605 Independence Drive from the landlord, Peg Perego USA Inc.
