Allen Circuit Court Judge Thomas Felts has announced his intention to seek re-election as a candidate for the Republican nomination in May.
I am very proud of my record and the record of the Allen Circuit Court over the past 12 years. I am proud of my record of fiscal conservancy, innovation, efficiency, and leadership, Felts said. I look forward to the opportunity to build on the strong foundation of my previous 12 years as we face the many challenges ahead.
Felts was elected Circuit Court judge in 2002 after serving as a Circuit Court magistrate for 12 years. He is a 1976 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1979 graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law.
