AT THE LIBRARY:

•“Beyond the Talking Head” will show teens how to make a video from concept to editing at 5 p.m. today at the Allen County Public Library, Young Adults’ Services, 900 Library Plaza

•Art for Home Schoolers, Teens” will be at 10:30 a.m. Fridays and “Art for Home Schoolers, Children” at 2 p.m. Thursdays at the Aboite Branch, 5630 Coventry Lane.

•“Sit and Stitch” will be offered for those wanting to learn to knit at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the Pontiac Branch, 2215 S. Hanna St.

•“That’s So Random” will be presented at 4 p.m. Monday at the Tecumseh Branch, 1411 E. State Blvd. “The Lab,” a program for ages 12 to 18 to create and share digital videos, music, photography, websites, graphic design, podcasts and presentations, will be offered at 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

•“Yarn Lover’s Gathering” will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Woodburn Branch 4701 Indiana 101 N., Woodburn.

AUDITIONS:

SHOW CHOIR AWARDED: Bishop Luers High School Show Choir the Minstrels earned the grand champion award at the Twin Lakes Show Choir Invitational in Monticello. The Minstrels also received the best vocals honor, and senior Samantha Justice was recognized as dynamic performer.

COUPLE ON TV: Jon and Amy Bruney of Fremont will attempt to set a Guinness World Record on truTV at 8 p.m. Thursday .
