Singapore Fund : Approximately 84,500 shares changed hands, a 450.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.10 or .8 percent to $11.94.

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 984,100 shares changed hands, a 500.0 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.07 or .3 percent to $27.11.

Emergent Biosolution : Approximately 1,109,800 shares changed hands, a 449.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $22.85.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. class B : Approximately 2,800 shares changed hands, a 430.6 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.31 or 1.7 percent to $17.94.
