Traffic restricted on school days in Kendallville

South bound traffic on Garden Street to Vine Street will not be allowed from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. or from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days Monday through Friday, according to a statement from the City of Kendallville.

This is effective immediately, the statement said.
