I-69 work set for tonight in DeKalb

The Indiana Department of Transportation announced Tuesday afternoon that, weather permitting, work to replace and repair sensors will begin about 9 p.m. today on Interstate 69 about 3 miles south of Indiana 4.

Until 1 a.m. the work will take place in the I-69 northbound right lane. Early Wednesday, from about 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., work will continue in the southbound right lane.

Drivers can expect to encounter single-lane traffic where the work is being done, INDOT said.

All of the work is expected to be complete by 5 a.m. on Wednesday.
