CSX train derails in northwest Ohio

TONTOGANY, Ohio – Railroad officials say a train derailed in northwest Ohio on Monday night.

CSX officials say 19 of 62 cars jumped the tracks in the Wood County village of Tontogany, about 25 miles southwest of Toledo.

They say 18 cars were empty and the other car was hauling steel.

The train was traveling from Indiana to Ohio at the time of the incident.

Officials say there were no injuries. The cause of the derailment is under investigation.
