42-year-old convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor

A Fort Wayne man was convicted Wednesday of several crimes related to having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Timothy Hall, 42, was found guilty by a jury of two felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

The jury found him not guilty of a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

On Dec. 3, 2012, the girl told police Hall had given her four beers and then had sex with her at his home. Hall is facing another trial this year where he's accused of molesting a girl over the course of several years.
