1 charged in prescription-drugs sale

Clutter

A Pierceton man was arrested Friday on a charge he sold prescription drugs to undercover Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers, the county sheriff's department said today.

William Paul Clutter, 34, was preliminarily charged with dealing a Schedule I controlled substance, and was being held in the county jail on $10,000 bond, the sheriff's department said in a statement.

It said undercover task force officers had made previous purchases of prescription medication from Clutter.
