Thoughts on Game 2

READING, Pa. -- We're about an hour away from Game 2 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals, which the Komets lead 1-0 over the defending-champion Reading Royals.

I don't expect much change tonight, in terms of personnel and such, but I sure do in terms of the Royals' effort. They didn't seem like they wanted to be here Thursday. I can't imagine a team that won the conference in the regular season will be the same tonight.

So the Komets have to match the early intensity and play another precise game, as they did in the opener. If not, it will be a long night.
