Ants up big at half

It didn't really need an exclamation point, but Tony Mitchell gave the first half between the Mad Ants and Sioux Falls one anyway.

Mitchell's skywalking, reach-back, paging-ESPN putback slam with a couple of ticks left put the crowd in a full swoon, and sent the Ants to the locker room with -- get this -- a 29-point lead, 79-50.

It's been all Ants from the tip, as they jetted to an early 20-5 lead and have never taken their boot off the Skyforce's neck. The Ants shot 57 percent (28 of 49) in the first half, outrebounded Sioux Falls 29-19 and hounded the Skyforce into nine turnovers and 43.5 percent (20 of 46) shooting.
