National Day of Prayer

A National Day of Prayer based on Romans 15:6 will be observed by community leaders from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Allen County Public Library, 900 Library Plaza.

•A Yom Hashoah service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the Campus at 5200, 5200 Old Mill Road. Guest speaker will be Chris Nicola, speleologist and cave specialist and co-author of “The Secret of Priest’s Grotto.” The Most Rev. Kevin C. Rhoades will honor Danuta Renk-Milulska who was recognized last year for the role she and her parents played in rescuing Jews during World War II.
