Services: Program offers the Arthritis Foundation’s chair-based group exercise class, which is also suitable for other conditions that affect strength, balance, endurance and/or flexibility, according to Deana Croussore, coordinator. There are also Zumba Gold and Zumba Fusion programs, as well Circle Fitness exercise classes and Circle Swimmers, pool-based exercise. Classes take place at the St. Joseph Wellness Center and other sites.

Spiece Fitness

Services: Offers Aqua MS and Aqua Warm/Aqua Arthritis in pools heated to 84 degrees or 92 degrees respectively to work with people’s needs, as well as yoga, Pilates and lower-impact Zumba and tai chi, says Anne Davis, executive director. MS classes are open to nonmembers.
