Services: Program offers the Arthritis Foundation’s chair-based group exercise class, which is also suitable for other conditions that affect strength, balance, endurance and/or flexibility, according to Deana Croussore, coordinator. There are also Zumba Gold and Zumba Fusion programs, as well Circle Fitness exercise classes and Circle Swimmers, pool-based exercise. Classes take place at the St. Joseph Wellness Center and other sites.
