OrthoPediatrics closes on $39 million investment

OrthoPediatrics Corp. said today it had closed Friday on a $39 million investment from a combination of shareholders.

The capital will be used to finance the company's growth and product expansion, and to reduce and restructure debt, OrthoPediatrics said in a statement.

Squadron Capital LLC, the company's largest shareholder, and certain of OrthoPediatrics' other shareholders were involved in the investment, the statement said.
