Indiana added a quarterback to its 2015 football recruiting class.
Tommy Stevens, a 6-foot-3, 196-pounder from Decatur Central, announced he committed to the Hoosiers on his Twitter account Wednesday.
Stevens threw for 1,596 yards and ran for 785 yards last season. He is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, which has him as the No. 15 dual-threat quarterback in the nation and the No. 6 player in Indiana.
Stevens is the third member of the Hoosiers’ recruiting class. He joins defensive end Jacob Robinson of Westfield and offensive lineman Simon Stepaniak of Ross in Hamilton, Ohio.
