Police have not confirmed that Saturday's shooting cases are connected, but they happened about the same time.

Saturday homicide victim, 60, is ID'd

FORT WAYNE – An autopsy was performed Sunday at the Northeast Indiana Forensic Center on the body of a man who was shot and dumped from a car in the 3500 block of Robinwood Drive on Saturday.

He has been identified as Anthony T. Scott, 60, of Fort Wayne, by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.

His death has been ruled a homicide, the eighth in the county so far this year.
