Irish land pair of sought-after recruits

Miles Boykin, a four-star, 6-foot-1, 225-pound receiver, announced on Twitter Wednesday that he is committed to Notre Dame.

Boykin, from Providence High School in Illinois, caught 51 passes for 730 yards and 13 touchdowns as a junior last year.

The Irish also landed a three-star recruit in cornerback Ahston White, who wrote on Twitter that he was blessed and excited to become the third corner in coach Brian Kelly's Class of 2015.

White, a native of Forestville, Maryland, is 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds.
