Irish get more watch list honors

Notre Dame's Sheldon Day was named Thursday to the watch list for the Outland Trophy, given each year to the country's top interior lineman, who could be a player on either side of the ball.

Teammates Jaylon Smith and KeiVarae Russell made the list for the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, awarded annually to the nation's best defensive player.
