Spake-Leeper and Spake represented the tenant, Kendall & Davis Inc., in the lease of 2,515 square feet of office space at 111 E. Ludwig Road, Suite 109.

Spake-Leeper and Spake represented the tenant, Silicon Mountain Technologies LLC, in the lease of 1,839 square feet of office space at 10315 Dawson's Creek Blvd., Suites A and B.

Spake-Leeper and Spake represented the landlord, A & G Realty, and the tenant, Greg Spahiev PC, in the lease of 807 square feet of office space at 10327 Dawson's Creek Blvd., Suite C-2.
