Man charged in sex with teen

A Fort Wayne man accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl two years ago is now facing felony charges and prison time.

Allen County prosecutors formally charged 30-year-old Chad A. Fisher on Monday with two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Fisher, of the 1000 block of Wilt Street, is accused of having sex with the girl in April 2012.

The girl told police in December 2013 that Fisher, who knew the girl, gave her a ride home and asked her to show him her breasts.

She complied so as not to anger him, according to court documents.

Fisher then parked his van behind a building near Wells Street and the downtown ice rink and had sex with her twice, according to Allen Superior Court documents.

While a warrant has been issued for Fisher's arrest, it was unclear late Monday whether he had been booked yet into Allen County Lockup.
