RediMed to open in downtown

Urgent care is coming to downtown Fort Wayne.

RediMed is opening a walk-in clinic on the first floor of the Anthony Wayne Building in the fall, Lutheran Health Network officials announced today.

The 3,400-square foot location is across Berry Street from Citizens Square, across Clinton Street from the Allen County Courthouse and downstairs from 38 new condominiums.

Mayor Tom Henry, who participated in the announcement, said it will enhance downtown revitalization efforts.

Lutheran, which owns RediMed, is also adding a new clinic at Lutheran Health Plaza in New Haven and an occupational medicine location in Bluffton.
