When can we expect lawsuit against Pence?

I was so happy to hear that House Republicans voted to authorize John Boehner to sue President Barack Obama over claims he abused his powers at the expense of the Constitution because his executive orders, in a number of areas, are unlawful and undercut the will of the people. However, the biggest reason for my happiness is that I assume our Indiana House Republicans will carry their concern for executive overreach to the state level and encourage action be pursued against Gov. Mike Pence and his abuse of power in the area of education in Indiana. Oh, wait. Pence is a Republican, so his disregard for the Constitution and will of the people is OK. But I'm just a worthless teacher and anyone who's ever gone to school can do my job, so what would I know?
