CHL vs. ECHL lawsuit makes for interesting reading

If you are interested in this sort of thing, here is a lawsuit that was filed against the ECHL by the CHL, in which it is alleged the ECHL tried to "poach" the Rapid City Rush and Allen Americans.

This appellant's brief was field Jan. 9, 2014.

I do not know what resolution, if any, came after this, but I post it more because it's some interesting stuff that -- allegedly -- has taken place behind the scenes over the past few years.
