A 37-year-old Missouri man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for enticing a 16-year-old northeast Indiana girl to send him pornographic pictures, federal prosecutors said today.

Timothy Gilmore of Doniphan, Missouri, was sentenced before U.S. District Judge Theresa Springmann on a charge of using a computer to entice a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct, according to a news release. After the prison term, it said, he is to have five years of supervised release.

According to court documents, the release said, Gilmore communicated with the girl over social media and by telephone, enticing her to produce videos and still images of sexually explicit conduct and to send them to him via the internet. Gilmore then reposted the images on an online blog, the release said.
