Maguire returns to K's, muddying goaltending situation

Justin A. Cohn | The Journal Gazette

The Komets have three shutouts in their last five games and haven't allowed a goal in the last 126 minutes, 31 seconds of action.

But the goaltending situation just got muddied -- again.

Sean Maguire has returned from Tucson of the American Hockey League and joins Michael Houser, who is coming off Sunday's shutout of Toledo, and Garrett Bartus, who had Saturday's shutout of Quad City.

Maguire still hasn't made his Komets debut. With Wheeling, he was 8-3-0 with a 3.28 goals-against average and a .910 save percentage.
