Police release IDs of victims, make 1 arrest

Fort Wayne police have identified victims from two separate incidents on Monday.

Dashawn Dutreal Jones, 28, and Thristian Michael Boykin, Sr., 25, both of Fort Wayne, were shot at Hobo's Bar and Grill, 2701 W. Jefferson Blvd., at 2:45 a.m., a statement from police said.

Jones is in critical condition and Boykin is in fair condition at an area hospital, the statement said.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, police said.

The man stabbed at 2307 W. Main St. at 12:30 a.m. has been identified as Mark Allen McVay, 22, of Uniondale. McVay is in critical condition at an area hospital.

Cody Alan Stinson, 22, of Woodburn was arrested in connection with McVay's stabbing, the statement said. It said Stinson has been charged with aggravated battery.
