DNR looking for stolen snowmobiles

Indiana Conservation Officers are asking for the public's help in locating two stolen law enforcement snowmobiles and are offering a $1,000 reward for the arrest and or recovery of the equipment.

The snowmobiles were taken on or around Dec. 15 from Potato Creek State Park, near North Liberty, a statement from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources said.

Both snowmobiles are 2017 yellow-and-white Ski-Doo MXZ Sport 600's, the statement said, with registration numbers OR2898RH and OR2899RH.

Anyone with information about the snowmobiles is asked to call the Indiana Conservation Officers Central Dispatch at 812-837-9536. Callers can remain anonymous.
