A Fort Wayne man has won $200,000 on a Hoosier Lottery scratch-off ticket, the lottery said today.

Donald Felger bought the winning ticket at Phil's One Stop, 3540 St. Joe Center Road, the lottery said in a statement. It was the final top prize on the $5 20X The Cash scratch-off.

Felger and his wife, Kathryn, claimed the prize Monday at lottery headquarters in Indianapolis.

The lottery said the couple plans to use the money to pay off their car and add on to their lake house.
