IU grad Yogi Ferrell to get another NBA look

CHRIS GOFF | The Journal Gazette

Yogi Ferrell, who ended his Indiana University career last March as the school's all-time assists leader, will have a chance to get back into the NBA.

Ferrell is currently a D-League player but will be one of four point guards invited to work out with the 76ers on Monday, reports Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Philadelphia has one open roster spot.

Ferrell, 23, played for Brooklyn in the early part of the season and averaged 5.4 points in 15.1 minutes per game before the Nets waived him.
