TinCaps swept by South Bend

The TinCaps fell 4-2 to South Bend in the series finale at Parkview Field on Wednesday.
The Cubs broke a 1-all tie n the eighth when Chris Peters hit a line-drive to center field to bring in Alberto Mineo to make it 2-1. Kevonte Mitchell followed it up with an RBI triple to left-center to bring in Wladimir Galindo and Peters and make it 4-1.
Fort Wayne tried to rally back in the ninth on doubles by Brad Zunica and Webster Rivas, whicj scored pinch-runner Rod Boykin to make it 4-2.
The TinCaps finished the game with a runner on second and third.
The TinCaps went up 1-0 in the bottom of the first when Fernando Tatis Jr. scored off a Jorge Oña singled on a fly ball to left field.
South Bend evened the score in the sixth on a Galindo single with the bases loaded to bring in D.J. Wilson.
