Key to Game 2: Traffic

JUSTIN A. COHN | The Journal Gazette

TOLEDO, Ohio -- Traffic is something the Toledo Walleye is clearly focusing on it this series. It wants Komets goaltender Zach Fucale to have a difficult time seeing the puck. It didn't pay off in any goals in Game 1, a 3-2 Walleye victory, but it could have – Matt Register and Ryan Obuchowski both hit the post on shots on which Fucale was screened.

Toledo has a bigger team and Fort Wayne is going to have to do a better job of keeping the crease clear in Game 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the Huntington Center.

Also, keeping penalties down will be even more of a facet tonight, based on the post-whistle actions both teams displayed in the opener here.
