The Mad Ants will have to keep waiting to clinch a playoff berth for the fourth time in five seasons.
Because Maine lost today, 128-115 to Reno, there is still a slim mathematical chance the postseason berth will be lost.
Here’s what would need to happen for the Mad Ants to miss: They would need to lose their final two games, Maine would need to lose its last three and Delaware would have to win its last three.
The Mad Ants (28-20) could still catch Canton (29-18) for the third seed in the conference. Fort Wayne plays Tuesday at Long Island, New York.
