Mad Ants' losing streak to 4
Justin A. Cohn | The Journal Gazette
The Mad Ants’ season-worst losing streak was extended to four games with a 113-105 loss tonight at Westchester, New York, though rookie Ben Bentil had 25 points for Fort Wayne.
Von Wafer made 13 of 20 shots, including 7 of 11 from 3-point range, to total 35 points for the Knicks (15-20).
Stephan Hicks had 21 points and eight rebounds for the Mad Ants (19-14), who got 18 points from Jordan Loyd.
Julyan Stone had said last week he and Trey McKinney Jones needed to step up and lead the Mad Ants out of the all-star break. Stone had four points and 10 assists. McKinney Jones had 12 points and 10 rebounds.
And the Mad Ants, once again, squandered a lead.
