The IPFW women's track and field team set three more records Friday to finish the Summit League championships with 16 points overall, good for seventh place in the team competition.

The Mastodons' 4-by-100 meter relay team of Whitney Hampton, Kiawna Cottrell, Kyley Marano and Sara Crawford finished in a school-record time of 48.22, placing sixth. IPFW 4-by-100 relay teams this season ran the four fastest times in program history.

The IPFW 4-by-400 relay team (Marano, Cottrell, Alexis Wygant and Tori Nida) broke a school record by 2.5 seconds with their time of 4:01.36, which placed seventh.

The third school record Friday was from Brittany Beard, who came in fifth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:31.32. Beard owns the top eight 1,500-meter times in team history.
