Former Bishop Luers QB transfers to Hanover


Former Bishop Luers quarterback Noah Wezensky has transferred and enrolled in classes at Hanover College.

Wezensky played in two games as a true freshman for Miami (Ohio) – on Oct. 1 in the second half against Ohio and a week later a start against Akron. In his two appearances, he completed 28 of 53 passes with two interceptions for 307 yards and two touchdowns.

The RedHawks finished with a 6-7 record, concluding the season with a 17-16 loss to Mississippi State in the St. Petersburg Bowl.

Wezensky threw for 5,149 yards and 46 touchdowns in his high school career at Bishop Luers.
