IPFW defeats IUPUI to end skid

The IPFW men's basketball team shook off a three-game losing streak with a 103-73 win over in-state rival IUPUI at the Gates Center on Wednesday.
The Mastodons (15-7, 4-4 Summit League) went on a 12-4 run to start the first half and never looked back, building a 48-32 halftime lead.
IPFW eventually led the Jaguars (9-13, 3-5) by as much as 100-69 with 1:49 left in the game.
IPFW's John Konchar recorded his 10th double-double of the season with 19 points and 13 rebounds. He also added eight assists and five steals.
Kason Harrell scored 16 on 6 of 7 shooting and 3 of 4 from beyond the arc, Jordon King added a career-high 15, Mo Evans 13 and Bryson Scott 10.
TJ Henderson, Evan Hall, Ron Patterson and Aaron Brennan each scored 11 for the Jaguars.
