Robinson leads Indiana Tech men
A big performance by Miles Robinson allowed Indiana Tech to figure out Michigan-Dearborn on Wednesday night in the teams' second meeting of the season.
Robinson had 37 points, five assists and five rebounds, and the Warriors won 89-84 at the Schaefer Center behind 53 percent shooting.
Indiana Tech (17-6, 12-3 WHAC) lost 66-62 at Michigan-Dearborn on Nov. 22.
GRACE 89, MOUNT VERNON NAZARENE 83: In Mount Vernon, Ohio, Tre Olive scored 34 points as the Lancers (10-13, 2-9 Crossroads League) snapped a four-game skid.
TRINE 78, ALBION 49: In Angola, Will Dixon had 23 points and eight assists to power the Thunder (9-9, 4-3 MIAA) to their second straight win.
FRANKLIN 74, MANCHESTER 60: In Franklin, Aaron Mann scored 22 for the victorious Grizzlies. Manchester (6-12, 4-7 HCAC) got 17 from Adrian Johnson.
MARIAN 72, SAINT FRANCIS 66: At the Hutzell Center, Joana Soeiro's 18 points helped No. 5 Marian hand the Cougars (11-12, 6-5 Crossroads League) their third straight loss. Lauren McBryar scored 17 for Saint Francis.
BALL STATE 89, BUFFALO 75: In Buffalo, New York, Moriah Monaco went for 35 points and nine rebounds to help the Cardinals (13-6, 6-1 MAC) hold off Buffalo (14-4, 4-3). It was 46-31 at halftime as Monaco and Renee Bennett combined for 30 points in the first half.
INDIANA TECH 81, MICHIGAN-DEARBORN 46: At the Schaefer Center, Haley Cook poured in 20 points and five assists for the Warriors (16-6, 11-4 WHAC) as they won with 16 made 3-pointers.
IPFW 65, OMAHA 62: At the Gates Center, DeJour Young racked up 16 points, seven rebounds and four steals to lead the Mastodons to their first Summit League win. IPFW (4-17, 1-7) took a 13-point lead in the second quarter and wound up forcing Omaha (10-11, 3-5) into 20 turnovers.
TRINE 103, SAINT MARY'S 42: In Angola, Haley Martin scored 16 points to key the Thunder (15-2, 8-1 MIAA) as they shot 54 percent and forced 28 turnovers.
MOUNT VERNON NAZARENE 64, GRACE 54: In Mount Vernon, Ohio, Dani Ellerbrock had 19 points to help the Cougars pull away from Grace (12-11, 7-4 Crossroads League) in the fourth quarter. Vironnica Drake had 13 points, six rebounds and four steals for the Lancers, who ended a three-game win streak.
HUNTINGTON 78, BETHEL 57: In Huntington, Miranda Palmer posted 24 points and seven assists as the Foresters (11-11, 5-6 Crossroads League) led by as many as 27 at Platt Arena. Huntington shot 57 percent.
FRANKLIN 66, MANCHESTER 62: In North Manchester, Lauren DeSutter came off the bench to score 21 points for Franklin as the Spartans (6-11, 5-5 HCAC) surrendered 46 percent shooting. Jenifer Lee scored 21 for the Spartans.
