Rhonda Ray has been serving foster youth and families in Fort Wayne for more than 19 years. Although she has held other positions, Nov. 17 was her last day as a social worker with the Phoenix Institute, a foster care agency. She will join her husband, Jonathan Ray, former CEO of the Urban League, in Pittsburgh.

Keith P. Huffman, a partner in the law firm of Dale, Huffman & Babcock of Bluffton, will be honored as a Life Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation at its annual awards dinner in December.

Ben Reynolds joined Asher Agency as a web developer.

Jean Kaste with Reecer Properties earned the seniors real estate specialist designation from the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of Realtors.

Stephanie Reason and Elizabeth Woenker joined Shambaugh & Son as purchasing clerks and Nick Knoblauch as an architect.

Named in the Best Lawyers in America publication in their respective practice areas from Faegre Baker Daniels were Stephen Bennett, Jon Bomberger, John Burns III, Timothy Haffner, Steven Hazelrigg, Michael James, David Kuker and Michael Nader; with Bomberger named as a Lawyer of the Year in real estate law.
