Special events

• The Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend will have its annual Cupertino Classic, a basketball game between priests and seminarians, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bishop Luers High School, 333 E. Paulding Road. Admission is free.

• Most Precious Blood Church, 1515 Barthold St., will have its Christmas Concert at 7 p.m. Thursday. Admission is free.

• Cornerstone Youth Center in Monroeville will have its annual New Year’s Eve Lock-In, partnering with New Hope Church and Monroeville Church of the Nazarene, from 9 p.m. Dec. 31 to 7 a.m. Jan. 1. The lock-in is open to students in grades 7 to 12. Youth are asked to bring a snack and soda to share and the center will collect nonperishable food items and hygiene products to donate to St. Mark’s Food Bank. • Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University, a nine-week course that provides financial advice, will be conducted at the following churches: Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 6318 W. California Road, beginning at 6 p.m. Jan. 3; Sonrise Southwest Campus, 10125 Illinois Road, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 9; Brookside Church, 6102 Evard Road, beginning at 7 p.m. Jan. 11; Adult Life Training at Abundant Life Church, 3301 E. Coliseum Blvd., beginning at 6 p.m. Jan. 2; and Aboite Lutheran Church, 10312 Aboite Center Road, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 26.
