The deal

BND completed the following transactions:

O. Karl Behrens represented the buyer, Dolce Properties LLC, in the purchase of the 11,120-square-foot industrial building at 10617 Majic Port Lane from owner, Ecenbarger LLC.

David W. Nugent and Phil Knapke represented the landlord, Lake County Trust LLC, and the tenant, Jersey Mike’s, in the leasing of 2,250 square feet at 801 Northcrest Shopping Center. 

Behrens represented the seller, MEA Properties LLC, and the buyer, Stu’s Fleet Service Inc., in the purchase of the 5,000-square-foot industrial property at 1309 Coliseum Blvd. N.

Brian Fleming represented the landlord, 1100 Airport North Partnership LLC, in the lease of 6,200 square feet at 1200 Airport North Office Park to tenant, Keysight Technologies.

David J. Norton and Nugent represented the landlord, George F. Smith Family Investments LLC, in the lease of 8,674 square feet in the Westland Centre Mall to BMH Investments SW Inc. doing business as The Rusty Spur.

Bradley Co. completed the following transactions:

Alfred Stovall Jr. represented the landlord, Glenwood Partnership, in the lease expansion of 1,148 square feet of office space at 2420 Coliseum Blvd. E., Suite 107.

Steve Chen represented the landlord, Motley LLC, in the lease of 1,200 square feet of office space at 3126 Mallard Cove. Prime Lending is the tenant.

Tyler Binkley represented the buyer, Hagan Real Estate LLC, in the purchase of 0.71 acre at 1830 W. Dupont Road.

Dan Dickey and Binkley represented the landlord, Show Realty, in the lease for 54,141 square feet of industrial space at 3619 Centennial Drive. Matilda Jane Clothing is the tenant.

CBRE | Sturges completed the following transactions:

Bill Cupp represented the landlord, Cross Creek Development LLC, in the lease renewal of 10,300 square feet of warehouse space at 6423 Cross Creek Drive.

Cupp represented the landlord, Cross Creek Development LLC, in the lease renewal of 10,000 square feet of warehouse space at 6401 Cross Creek Drive. 

Cupp represented the buyer, Randall Stevens Holdings LLC, in the acquisition of the 129,910-square-foot warehouse building at 2801 W. State Blvd.

Cupp represented the landlord, Flagship Properties LLC, and Kathy Moses-Denig represented the tenant, Anthony Wayne Rehabilitation Center, in the lease renewal of 42,400 square feet of industrial space at 1425 Progress Road.
