Rolling slowdowns for portion of I-69

Motorists on Interstate 69 in DeKalb County can expect rolling slowdowns and temporary ramp shutdowns on Sunday.
American Electric Power crews will be removing and replacing cables over the interstate, a statement from the Indiana Department of Transportation said.
The work will is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon between two-miles south of County Road 11-A at mile marker 324, to one-mile south of U.S. 6 at mile marker 332.
The ramps for Interstate 69 at County Road 11-A northbound and Indiana 8 southbound will also be closed temporarily, INDOT said.
Drivers can expect to be slowed down to 10 mph or less, but are encouraged to take an alternate route.
