Felony reports

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Sean A. Dunham, 22, of the 800 block of Buchanan Street, was charged Oct. 3 with unlawful possession of a syringe. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Donald Overbay, 26, of New Haven, was charged Oct. 3 with unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of a methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Antonio Kendrick, 29, of the 1100 block of Rivermet Avenue, was charged Oct. 3 with domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Auralea L. Till, aka Auralea Picciano, aka Auralea Schenk, 34, of the 6900 block of Bear Road, was charged Oct. 3 with neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury. She was released on $10,000 bond.

Robert A. Richardson, 48, of Chicago was charged Oct.3 with identity deception and a misdemeanor count of false identity. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Dennis J. Crisp Jr., 19, was charged Oct. 3 with burglary with a deadly weapon, armed robbery and a misdemeanor count of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

James Edgar Potter, 42, of the 4900 block of Hillegas Road, was charged Oct. 4 with domestic battery with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Joshua F. Wiesemann, 27, of New Haven, was charged Oct. 4 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Austin W. Fee, 19, of the 3500 block of Harvester Avenue, was charged Oct. 4 with dealing in marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance and a misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Edward Sage Lee King, 18, of New Haven, was charged Oct. 4 with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

Darvon L. Smith, 41, of the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard, was charged Oct. 4 with five counts of rape when compelled by force, three counts of criminal confinement while armed with a deadly weapon and one count of being a habitual offender. He was being held in lieu of $155,000 bail.

Lionel Sanders Sr., aka Peter Roberts, aka Major Sanders, aka Michael Sanders, aka Lee Shelton, 63, of the 3000 block of Queen Street, was charged Oct. 4 with possession of cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Carrie L. Shurtz, 59, of the 2100 block of Edenton Drive, was charged Oct. 4 with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Aaliyah S. Craft, 19, of the 3500 block of Harvest Avenue, was charged Oct. 4 with maintaining a common nuisance and a misdemeanor count of possessing marijuana. She was released on her own recognizance.

Keegan A. Hicks, 21, of the 900 block of Aurora Knoll Lane, was charged Oct. 4 with dealing in cocaine and a misdemeanor count of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $50,750 bail.

Reginald R. Turner, 53, of the 1500 block of Woodside Avenue, was charged Oct. 4 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Chad W. Sanders, 26, of the 11200 block of Pine Orchard Cove, was charged Oct. 4 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, resisting law enforcement and a misdemeanor count of intentionally operating a motor vehicle. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Jamar Totten, 32, of the 6000 block of Radcliffe Drive, was charged Oct. 5 with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Benjamin E. Craft, 54, of New Haven, was charged Oct. 5 with resisting law enforcement and a misdemeanor count of domestic battery. He was released on $3,250 bail.

David Goodmann, 25, of Roanoke, was charged Oct. 5 with resisting law enforcement and a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Henry Harris Jr. aka Charles Gaulden, 46, of the 2400 block of Fairfield Avenue, was charged Oct. 5 with neglect of a dependent and two counts for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Nicole A. Liggett, 31, of Huntertown, was charged Oct. 5 with domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon. She was released on $10,000 bond.
