Felonies

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Jerico L. Simmons, aka Jerrico Jackson, Jerrico Simmons and Javon Sims, 23, of the 600 block of East Creighton Avenue, was charged Oct. 5 with failure to return to lawful detention. He was being held without bail.

Niki Nicole Robinson, 34, was charged Oct. 5 with possession of cocaine and unlawful possession of a syringe, with a misdemeanor charge of possession of paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Darrius L. Holliness, 25, of the 800 block of West Foster Parkway, was charged Oct. 6 with dealing in a narcotic drug and resisting law enforcement, with misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana, failure to remain at the scene of an accident and intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was being held in lieu of $52,500 bail.

Tony B. Middleton, 26, of the 4500 block of South Park Drive, was charged Oct. 6 with domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Dustin Michael King, 26, of the 4900 block of Vermont Lane, was charged Oct. 6 with possession of cocaine, with misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

Joshua F. Wiesemann, 27, of New Haven, was charged Oct. 9 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Perry Poindexter, 21, of the 1600 block of Barthold Street, was charged Oct. 10 with robbery. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Gary L. Jeffries, aka Gary Jeffries, 55, of the 7600 block of Regina Drive, was charged Oct. 10 with seven counts of domestic battery, three of them committed in the presence of a child, and misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $26,500 bail.

Alma Christina Earley, 43, of the 6900 block of Huguenard Road, was charged Oct. 10 with disarming a law enforcement officer and resisting law enforcement drawing a deadly weapon, with misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of an accident.

Yar Ju, 23, of the 1800 block of Chartwell Drive, was charged Oct. 10 with two counts of domestic battery with a prior conviction, strangulation, two counts of invasion of privacy and residential break-in, with a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Kevin Craig, 39, of the 6000 block of Bunt Drive, was charged Oct. 10 with battery with bodily injury to a public safety officer and a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement. He was released on $10,750 bail.

Ronald Lee Rice, 42, of the 10300 block of Old Leo Road, was charged Oct. 10 with burglary. He was released on his own recognizance.

Ramanda L. Harman, 36, of the 12600 block of Lassie lane, was charged Oct. 10 with domestic battery. She was released on $2,500 bail.

Joshua S. Kennell, 42, of the 600 block of Lavina Street, was charged Oct. 10 with two counts of domestic battery and two counts for invasion of privacy. He is being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Brian Keith Easterly, 27, of the 540 block of Smith Street, was charged Oct. 10 with carrying a handgun without a license and theft of a firearm. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Branden S. Pearson, 20, of New Haven, was charged Oct. 10 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Brandon L. Peterson, 25, of the 6600 block of Bedford Downs, was charged Oct. 10 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Daniel Isaac Tatum, 39, of the 3600 block of Brentwood Avenue, was charged Oct. 10 with two counts of dealing a controlled substance, dealing marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. He was released on $12,500 bond.

Jamar D. Totten, aka Jamar Totton, 32, of the 6000 block of Radcliffe Drive, was charged Oct. 10 with possession of cocaine with a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Jonathan I. Fry, aka Jonathan L. Fry and Chad Miller, 37, of the 1900 block of Carew Street, was charged Oct. 10 with intentionally violating a home detention order. There is a warrant for his arrest.

Keegan A. Hicks, 21, of the 900 block of Aurora Knoll Lane, was charged Oct. 10 with possession of cocaine with a misdemeanor charge for resisting law enforcement. He was released on $750 bond.

Starr L. Robinson, 37, of the 2700 block of Drexel Avenue, was charged Oct. 10 with operating a vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Andrew James Swan, 24, of the 300 block of Greenwood Avenue, was charged Oct. 10 with possession of cocaine and unlawful possession of a syringe, with misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on $5,750 bond.

James E. Potter, 42, of the 4900 block of Hillegas Road, was charged Oct. 10 with domestic battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Reginald R. Turner, aka Reggie Carswell, Theodore Smith, Kevin Tinsley and Reggie Ray Turner, 53, of the 1500 block of Woodside Avenue, was charged Oct. 10 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Deshon Ali Jenkins, 30, of the 4300 bloc of Plaza Drive, was charged Oct. 10 with operating a vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kinela Williams, 45, of Chicago, was charged Oct. 11 with battery by means of a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness. She was released on $12,500 bond.

Carolyn Baker, 31, was charged Oct. 11 with domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon, domestic battery committed in the presence of a child and criminal recklessness. She is being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Justin L. Landis, 22, of the 1100 block of Delaware Avenue, was charged Oct. 11 with residential break-in with a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Nicholas L. Brezette, 27, of the 4900 block of Hatfield Road, was charged Oct. 11 with operating a vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance. There is a warrant for his arrest.

Adam Noh, 24, of the 2000 block of Gladstone Drive, was charged with two counts for operating a vehicle after being a habitual traffic offender. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Dustin M. King, 26, of the 4900 block of Vermont Lane, was charged with possession of cocaine with a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

Miranda Michelle Tomei, 25, of Monroeville, was charged Oct. 11 with battery with bodily injury to a public safety officer and two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Christopher Ahlersmeyer, 39, of Woodburn, was charged Oct. 11 with operating a vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic offender, with misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Tyson Harris, 18, of the 4000 block of Oliver Street, was charged Oct. 11 with auto theft and misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement and intentionally operating a motor vehicle without having received a license. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Bruce Young Jr., 22, of the 3300 block of Smith Street, was charged Oct. 11 with theft and a misdemeanor charge for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jason T. Cannon, 46, of the 3700 block of Nevada Avenue, was charged Oct. 12 with sexual misconduct with a minor, child seduction, child exploitation, voyeurism and possession of child pornography. There is a warrant for his arrest.
