Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Neeko Paris, 27, of the 3700 Shadow Creek Drive, was charged Nov. 14 with maintaining a common nuisance. He was released on his own recognizance.

Patricia Paris, 68, of the 3700 block of Shadow Creek Drive, was charged Nov. 14 with neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, and a misdemeanor count of possessing paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

Justen Paris, 35, of the 3700 block of Shadow Creek Drive, was charged Nov. 14 with dealing in marijuana, neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, and a misdemeanor count of possessing paraphernalia. He was released on $55,000 bond.

Jaime Lee Hanselmann, 22, of the 3700 block of Shadow Creek Drive, was charged Nov. 14 with neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, and a misdemeanor count of possessing paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

William A. Abbett, 22, of Harlan, was charged Nov. 14 with being a felon carrying a handgun with a prior felony conviction. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Zachary W. Callantine, 23, of the 300 block of Williams Street, was charged Nov. 14 with rape, criminal confinement and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $37,500 bail.

Tavares Edmond, 21, was charged Nov. 14 with two counts of residential break-in. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Charlie E. Jackson II, 65, of the 2000 block of Covington Road, was charged Nov. 15 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jeremiah B. Ricks, aka Jeremiah Barbaby Jackson, 33, of the 400 block of East Creighton Avenue, was charged Nov. 15 with operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Angela P. Wheeler, 37, of the 2100 block of Hoagland Avenue, was charged Nov. 15 with possession of a narcotic drug and a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Nicholas E. Norman, 24, of the 400 block of Putnam Street, was charged Nov. 15 with unlawful possession of a syringe. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

William Boyd, 59, of the 600 block of Candlelite Court, was charged Nov. 15 with criminal confinement, sexual battery, battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $17,500 bail.

Joseph Galvan, 28, of the 1300 block of Chute Street, was charged Nov. 15 with possession of a narcotic drug, dealing in marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Naffariya R. McFarland, 23, of the 400 block of Boltz Avenue, was charged Nov. 15 with neglect of a dependent and misdemeanor counts of carrying a handgun without a license and possessing marijuana. She was released on $750 bond.

Taron D. Griffien, 23, of the 400 block of Boltz Avenue, was charged Nov. 15 with carrying a handgun without a license, possessing cocaine, dealing in marijuana, neglect of a dependent, and a misdemeanor count of false informing. He was being held in lieu of $60,000 bail with a hold from Marion County.

Jeremy Elder Jr., 20, of the 2600 block of Dodge Avenue, was charged Nov. 16 with maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor counts of possessing a synthetic drug and possessing paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

Clarissa Elder, 40, of the 2600 block of Dodge Avenue, was charged Nov. 16 with maintaining a common nuisance, unlawful possession of a syringe, and a misdemeanor count of possessing a synthetic drug. She was released on her own recognizance but was being held on another charge.

Derrick Denzel Fields, 25, of the 1600 block of East Creighton Avenue, was charged Nov. 16 with battery resulting in serious bodily injury. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Aaron M. Graves, aka Aaron Cowles, 37, of the 6800 block of Kirkdale Drive, was charged Nov. 16 with residential break in. He was released on his own recognizance but was being held on another charge.

Billy J. Bennett Jr., 28, of the 1500 block of Carroll Road, was charged Nov. 16 with resisting law enforcement. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Kathryn Mitchell, 52, of Huntertown was charged Nov. 16 with theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Antonio L. Martin Jr., 18, of the 800 block of Oaklawn Court, was charged Nov. 16 with domestic battery and a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Shawn M. Casto, 37, of Warren, was charged Nov. 16 with possessing methamphetamine. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
