The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Jacob A. Schneier, 27, of the 3000 block of Stardale Drive, was charged Feb. 1 with possession of cocaine with misdemeanor charges for conversion and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance but was being held on another charge.

Joseph L. Whittaker aka Jamar L. Porter aka Lamont Porter aka Jamont Whittaker aka Joe Whittaker, 39, of the 1000 block of Oaklawn Court was charged Feb. 1 with burglary and theft with a misdemeanor charge for driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

David C. Frater Jr., 59, of Kenton, Ohio, was charged Feb. 1 with battery with bodily injury to a pubic safety officer and battery by bodily waste with misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.

Alexander Cubellis-Lund, 19, of the 3600 block of Delray Drive, was charged Feb. 1 with domestic battery with a misdemeanor charge for criminal mischief. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Ashtin L. Hancock, 26, of the 2700 block of Dodge Avenue, was charged Feb. 1, with being a felon carrying a handgun. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Scott Eugene Bennett, 55, of the 1700 block of Wells Street, was charged Feb. 1 with failure to register as a sex offender. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Justin L. Cummins, 24, of the 600 block of Greenlawn Avenue, was charged Feb. 2 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Carlton Bernard Farrie, 53, of the 2500 block of Evans Street, was charged Feb. 2 with possession of cocaine with misdemeanor charges for driving while suspended and possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Jason C. McGee, 27, of the 5700 block of Bayside Drive, was charged Feb. 2 with possession of cocaine with a misdemeanor charge for possession of a synthetic drug. He was released on his own recognizance but was being held on another charge.

Matthew S. Becker, 19, of the 200 block of West Williams Street, was charged Feb. 2 with burglary, He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Donald N. Johnson Jr., 48, of Waterloo, was charged Feb. 2 with child molesting and dissemination of matter harmful to minor. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Kwyn Dee Harley, 22, of the 1900 block of Maplecrest Road, was charged Feb. 2 with possession of marijuana with a prior drug offense conviction. He was released on his own recognizance.

Aaron M. Schaefer, 19, of New Have, was charged Feb. 2 with child molesting, sexual misconduct with a minor where defendant has intercourse or engages in other sexual conduct and sexual misconduct with a minor, performing or submitting to fondling or touching. He was released on $22,500 bond. There was a warrant for his arrest.

Jacob Hamilton, 28, was charged Feb. 2 with two counts of resisting law enforcement, receiving stolen auto parts and a misdemeanor charge for resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Terris Maliek Lee White, 18, of the 200 block of East Woodland Avenue, was charged Feb. 5 with burglary with a deadly weapon and two counts of robbery resulting in bodily injury. He was being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Matthew S. Archer, 37, of the 8900 block of Sandpiper Court, was charged Feb. 5 with unlawful possession of a syringe and a misdemeanor charge for possession of paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

Viridiana Jamie Quezada, 28, was charged Feb. 5 with resisting law enforcement with a misdemeanor charge for intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Eric A. Thompson, 33, of New Haven, was charged Feb. 5 with residential break in. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Jennifer L. Groh, 33, of the 2900 block of Goshen Road, was charged Feb. 5 with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of cocaine with two misdemeanor charges for possession of a synthetic drug and possession of paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

Christopher R. Sheckler, 36, of Leo, was charged Feb. 5 with burglary and possession of cocaine with a misdemeanor charge for criminal trespass. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nicholas Hontz, 22, of the 11900 block of Winchester Road, was charged Feb. 5 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Thomas Tigner, 32, of the 2200 block of Webster Street, was charged Feb. 5 with unlawful possession of a syringe. He was being held without bond.

Kenneth Dewon Hollins Jr., 30, of Goshen, was charged Feb. 5 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life. He was released on $10,000 bail.

Cameron J. Richardson, 27, of the 1500 block of Kenwood Avenue, was charged Feb. 5 with being a felon carrying a handgun, possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine with two misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.

Danielle M. Jenkins, 26,of the 2700 block of West Washington Center Road, was charged Feb. 7 with domestic battery. She was released on $2,500 bond.
