Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Alfredo Quintana, 27, of the 6700 block of Gregory Drive, was charged Feb. 8 with operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender and misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to 0.15 percent or more and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $750 bond.

Jason David Borenstein, 40, was charged Feb. 8 with criminal trespass with a prior unrelated conviction. He was released on his own recognizance, but was being held on another charge.

Michael T. Neal, 54,of the 2600 block of Fox Avenue, was charged Feb. 8 with possession of cocaine and misdemeanor counts of driving while suspended and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Trevor Michael Houlihan, 20, of the 11000 block of Auburn Road, was charged Feb. 8 with arson and intimidation. He was being held in lieu of $60,000 bail.

Timothy Joseph Foss, 31, of the 1500 block of Bayer Avenue, was charged Feb. 8 with armed robbery, battery, possession of cocaine, unlawful possession of a syringe and auto theft. He was being held in lieu of $27,500 bail.

Sheila Beck, 36, of the 2100 block of Hobson Road, was charged Feb. 8 with two counts of domestic battery with a prior conviction. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Collin Russell Walda, 21, of the 7400 block of Mill Run Road, was charged Feb. 8 with unlawful possession of a syringe and a misdemeanor count of intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was released on his own recognizance but was being held on another charge.

Dustin M. King, 26, of the 4900 block of Vermont Lane, was charged Feb. 8 with possessing cocaine and misdemeanor counts of possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Joe J. Gil Jr., aka Joe Gil Jr., 23, of the 2300 block of Tillman Road, was charged Feb. 8 with resisting law enforcement using a vehicle to commit the offense and misdemeanor counts of resisting law enforcement, operating while intoxicated endangering a person, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, intentionally operating a motor vehicle without every receiving a license, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Nickolas F. McKinley, 24, of the 1000 block of East Lawn Drive, was charged Feb. 9 with reckless homicide and using a firearm in commission of an offense. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Jamal T. Johnson, 19 ,of the 2100 block of St. Marys Avenue, was charged Feb. 9 with receiving stolen auto parts and a misdemeanor count of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Ryan Patrick Guevara Jr., 20, of the 900 block of Buchanan Street, was charged Feb. 9 with burglary and theft. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Ryan Lynn Lankford, aka Rayn Lynn Lankford, 32, of Leo-Cedarville, was charged Feb. 9 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and misdemeanor counts of driving while suspended and leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Lionel Sanders Sr., 63, was charged Feb. 12 with theft and a misdemeanor count of possessing paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Phyo Zin, 18, of the 500 block of Pierce Avenue was charged Feb. 12 with possessing cocaine and misdemeanor counts of carrying a handgun without a license, possessing marijuana and intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was released on $750 bond.

Terrell A. Smith, aka Terell Smith, 20, of the 7200 block of Dry Creek Court, was charged Feb. 12 with possessing a narcotic drug. He was released on his own recognizance.

Calvin W. Eldridge, 44, of the 1600 block of North Highlands Boulevard, was charged Feb. 12 with domestic battery with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Kyle M. Cooper, 27, of New Haven, was charged Feb. 12 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and misdemeanor counts of driving while suspended and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Christina Fusik, 18, of the 6700 block of Goldenrod Place, was charged Feb. 12 with auto theft and misdemeanor counts of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was released on her own recognizance.

Shane Burkhalter, 30, of Decatur, was charged Feb. 12 with domestic battery and strangulation and a misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.

Nathaniel Weibel, 22, of the 3700 block of Logan Avenue, was charged Feb. 12 with domestic battery and strangulation and a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief. He was released on his own recognizance.

Ellery Lambert, 50, of the 1300 block of Fletcher Avenue, was charged Feb. 12 with burglary. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Scott J. Harris, 28, of the 3100 block of Hoagland Avenue, was charged Feb. 12 with attempted kidnapping. He was released on $10,750 bond.

Heather Nicole McKale, 31, of the 6000 block of St. Joe Road, was charged Feb. 12 with domestic battery and a misdemeanor count of criminal recklessness. She was released on $5,000 bond.
