Body identified in Noble County

Family members helped the Noble County Sheriff’s Department identify the body of Jonny Chambers, who was found dead Saturday in the 1900 block of West County Road 100 South in Albion, according to a news release from the sheriff’s department.
Chambers, age not given, was identified by his tattoos, although DNA tests are pending, the release said.
He was reported missing May 29. His 1994 red GMC truck was abandoned in a driveway at 2128 W. Wolf Lake Road in Albion.
The sheriff’s department received a report of the body about 6:15 p.m. Saturday, and after arriving, responding units realized the body had been there for a significant amount of time, the release said. Indiana State Police were also at the scene.
