About 180 12-ounce bags of Jays Original Potato Chips, distributed by Krunchers! Inc. of Jeffersonville, Ind., have been recalled because of undeclared milk allergen.
DETROIT – More than 192,000 General Motors and Isuzu midsize pickup trucks are being recalled because of a problem with the system that anchors child safety seats, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Wednesday.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the handle can come loose from the body of the carafe and cause liquid to spill, posing a burn hazard.
The company has received six reports of the plastic anchors breaking, resulting in four reports of falls.
Meijer has received two reports of incidents involving fires that resulted in property damage.
"The cribs’ drop-side rail can malfunction, detach or otherwise fail, causing part of the drop side to detach from the crib."
