Guess who was in the net for the Komets at their informal practice today? Gerry Festa, who was with the team last season, going 6-4-3 with a 2.98 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage.
Bob Chase will be back calling the Komets' games on radio -- it will be his 60th consecutive season -- and it was announced Tuesday that it will again be on WOWO, 1190 AM.

Ten more players have been added to the Komets training-camp roster, the club said today, bringing the total to 31 players -- 17 forwards, nine defensemen and five goaltenders.
